Save the Date Ornaments

Lauren and Adam were getting married in July but their save the dates were arriving to guests just before the holidays. With Christmas ornaments in mind, we designed the outer sleeve in dark green with gold foil detailing and a little black loop at the top. This gave guests a fun option to hang on their Christmas trees. Inside, was a watercolor illustration (done by Polly MacRoberts) of the couple in wedding attire adorned with Santa hats.

The little button brads were such a sweet touch with the black silk ribbon.

The Louie Awards recognize the best and brightest creative talent in the greeting card industry. Card entries in each of the 33 card categories are judged by experts from the art and design, publishing, production, sales, and retail segments of the industry. The Louies, fondly referred to within the industry as the “Greeting Card Oscars” are celebrated annually at one of the leading national gift, stationery, and lifestyle trade shows.
