Sun-drenched surprise wedding in Corona Del Mar

S U R P R I S E! On a beautiful and sunny day in Corona del Mar, Jaimie and Ian decided to surprise their engagement party guests with an actual wedding! Jaimie wanted everything simple and thoughtful. We designed slender menus to be used as a seating chart, personalized for each guest. Little pearl brads were placed at the top to keep the name card and menu together. Everything for the announcements was designed in advance so that we could send out promptly to keep the surprise for everyone who was not able to attend. A custom cain die cut brought the perfect beachy California vibe and allowed the wedding photo to peep through. We wanted to make sure people would understand this was an announcement and not an invitation right away. The back of the card was letterpressed with their wedding details. On the back of the photo card there was a map of the US mapping out the couples many adventures together as they dated throughout the pandemic and long distance from several cities.
